From July 12 - 17, 2025, the inaugural Fest Film Lab workshop in the Philippines will be held at Seda Manila Bay, featuring a series of specialized workshops designed to sharpen the skills of local filmmakers.

The incentives guidelines have been updated to cater short film formats under the International Co-Production Fund (ICOF).
