FDCP HIGHLIGHTS THE PHILIPPINES AT FOCUS LONDON 2025

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is set to spotlight the country’s film incentives and production support at FOCUS 2025, happening on December 8-9 at the Business Design Centre in London. The agency will present a special session titled “The Philippines - Where Stories Find Support”.
As one of the premiere trade events connecting professionals from film, television, advertising, animation, and gaming, FOCUS offers participants opportunities to learn from industry experts through its conference program and to expand their networks across creative sectors.
The session will be led by the Film Philippines Office (FPO), who will walk attendees through the FDCP’s support for international co-productions. This will highlight incentive programs, including the Film Location Incentive Program (FLIP) and the International Co-Production Fund (ICOF), alongside on-ground assistance provided through the Film Location Engagement Desk (FLEX). The presentation will also cover the country’s competitive advantages such as skilled production crews, a robust talent pool, and an extensive industry database of reputable partners nationwide.
By participating in FOCUS 2025, the FDCP reinforces the Philippines’ position on the global stage as a film destination, one where stories not only take shape, but receive the support they need to thrive.
