UNIT / PROGRAM: Festivals Division STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SALARY: SG 10 (PHP 25,586)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Project Development Officers in the tracking and monitoring of applications for the Festivals Division.
- Ensure that grantees comply with liquidation and post-report requirements by reviewing submitted documents and receipts, conducting preliminary audits, and following up on any outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions to facilitate internal arrangements and provide support for program-related partnerships and activities.
- Manage requests for Optical Media Board Clearances pertaining to the import and export of films for cultural exchange purposes.
- Provide assistance to the Division with ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
- Execute other related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in auditing processes.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Fluent in both the English and Filipino languages.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Canva, and Adobe software.
