UNIT / PROGRAM: Human Resources Management Unit STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SALARY: SG 9 (PHP 23,226)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post job vacancies and advertisements.
- Evaluate and interview candidates for internal positions to gather information regarding their work history, training, education, and skill set.
- Administer pre-employment assessments.
- Facilitate job offer processes for successful candidates.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with Division/Unit heads regarding hiring requests.
- Provide administrative and clerical support related to training matters.
- Endorse learning and development programs across various divisions.
- Coordinate all documentation and requirements for internal and external training, including the preparation of memoranda, payment processing, and participant management.
- Assist the HR Officer in the facilitation of training and development programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources Management.
- A minimum of six months to one year of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
